Etiquette with members of the Imperial family
The House Concordat is over 50,000 years old and as rulers of the Imperium have acquired many procedures and traditions over the centuries. Here is a brief list of the proper forms with any of the four million members of the Imperial.
Never turn one's back on them
Always bow, never shake hands or touch them.
Avoid showing one's teeth to them, cover one's mouth when smiling.
Avoid showing the palms of one hands or the soles of one feet to them.
Never use contractions in one's speech or written when addressing them. Would not, instead of wouldn’t. Should not, instead of shouldn’t. Was not, instead of wasn’t.
Do not refer to a noble, royal, Imperium flag officer or Imperium official using a pronoun, unless you referred to them by name and title already in the same sentence. 'The Emperor is enraged, he wants blood to be paid.' is acceptable use of a pronoun. Truly it should more properly be 'The Emperor is enraged, His Majesty wants blood to be paid.'
When referring to a noble or royal in writing they should be capitalized.
Before entering the residence or office of one of the Imperial Family, one must present one's card to the staff. The card should have your name, title and contact information.

Never mention what one has had for breakfast with them.
Avoid using words beginning with the letter X with them.
